The Tri-lingual "Kavi Samelan and Mushayara" was organised in the TSCSL in collaboration with Department of Cultural Affairs, Chandigarh Administration and Aadharshela Sahityak Sanstha. The Chief guest for the occasion was Sh. Vivek Attray, Ex-IAS officer, Author and Motivational Speaker. Most of the important literary personalities were present on the occasion.
