T.S. Central State Library, Sector 17, Chandigarh in collaboration with social substance celebrated birthday of Honorable Prime Minister of India, Sh. Narendra Modi Ji today. On this occasion a unique display of portraits of Sh. Modi ji was organized. Mr. Varun Tandon, the eminent and distinguished artist, had developed these portraits signifying the life of Honorable Prime Minister. The art work e.g. showing Modi ji elected to serve the nation second time was developed using the strokes of ink similar to ink marks of voting process. The digitization was illustrated using bar codes, Make in India using the Industrial Waste, Awas Yojna with Cement; Scheme for farmers was illustrated with flour and so on.
