The children library added 100 new titles to its collection. The titles beside,Tell me about festivals of india, are Topic by topic dictionary for active learning/ Stephen Cutis, Title on helping hand book series / Saroh Duchess, Ilustrated series from Dickens, The complete winnie - the - Pooh/ A.A. Milne, Early readers / Brown Walson, 365 stories and rhymes for girls. A few title in Disney story book collection, Fairy Tales pop -up books, Barbie favourite tales.

Week long Summerfest-2012 ended today with the screening of
movie at the Central State Library, sector 17. The events organized were Clay
Modeling, Origami. Best out of waste,
Painting and creative writing. This was the second festival of the year.
The festival is organized to introduce the children to the wonderful world of
the books. These festivals are organized to learn while doing recreation jobs. During the festival beside workshops they were
oriented to use the library resources effectively. Three hundred children have
participated in the Summerfest-2012.
